We take care of trash set-out and return, dog waste cleanup, or both depending on your plan.
You get consistent service without having to think about it.

Reliability and Safety Promise

Our team strives to provide a safe and reliable service to our customers. Every service professional is background-checked, and we follow clear access and safety standards on every visit.

Simple cancellation policy: Cancel anytime. Your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date.

Do I need to be home?
No. Once we have your bin location and access details, we handle weekly set-out and return automatically.

What if my pickup day shifts for holidays?
We’ve built systems to track holiday delays across different trash operators in San Diego County. When routes shift, we adjust service timing so your bins still make it to the curb on the correct day.

What bins are included?
Every plan includes trash and recycling. If you have additional bins (extra trash, extra recycling, organics, etc.), you can add them for $5/month per additional bin.

What if my bins are blocked or not accessible?
If we can’t safely access your bins due to blocked access (cars, locked gates without a code, construction, stairs when the plan requires flat access), we’ll notify you immediately.

  • If access can’t be resolved that day, the visit may be marked unable to service.

  • If this happens repeatedly, we may require a plan upgrade (for more complex access) or a change to your bin placement instructions.

How do our background checks work?
All team members who perform on-property service are background-checked before they’re assigned routes.

What’s your cancellation policy?
You can cancel anytime. Your service continues through the end of your current billing period (unless you specify your desired exact cutoff).
