Bulk discounts come from route density. The closer the homes are to each other, the cheaper we can price per door.

Same collection day(s)
Similar access rules (gate codes, bin storage location)
Onsite contact for exceptions
Density Promotion (why neighbors pay less)
If we service 10+ doors in the same cluster (adjacent homes, same cul-de-sac, same building line), pricing improves materially because the route becomes faster and more reliable.
